Not very, it turns out; prices range from $1,250 to $7,000 (sale price) <a href=\"http:\/\/www.soundofasia.com\/koto.html\" target=\"_blank\">at one source<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>However, if you cross over to the Asian mainland, you can find <a href=\"https:\/\/wayneoutthere.com\/a-brief-comparison-of-korean-gayageum-chinese-guzheng-and-japanese-koto\/\" target=\"_blank\">similar instruments<\/a> at more affordable prices. Chinese <a href=\"http:\/\/www.soundofasia.com\/guzheng.html\" target=\"_blank\">guzhengs<\/a> start at $380.
