I recently learned that one of my favorite cartoonists, George Booth<\/a>, died last year. Here’s a selection of his cartoons to remember him by. Click on them to see them larger.<\/p>\n

While looking for more information on Booth, I discovered that Ed Koren<\/a>, another favorite, also died recently. Koren lived in an alien milieu and many of his cartoons don’t work for me. The ones that do, though, work quite well indeed.<\/p>\n

(There are other cartoons of both that I’d like to include. However, I discovered too late that when I moved here, several boxes of books apparently didn’t make it off the moving van, including some with further volumes of Booth and Koren. Grrr.)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
