Does Jack truly count as an anime character?<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong><em>Robotech<\/em><\/strong> was assembled in America from pieces of three separate Japanese series. &#8220;Rick Hunter&#8221; is the Macek-ization of <strong><em>Macross<\/em><\/strong>&#8216; Hikaru Ichijyo.
