I don’t know what this is, either. I would guess from the inflorescence that it’s in the Euphorbia family.
Pentas “Graffiti Red Lace.”
It’s pretty, but you’ll never see it in my garden. The nitwit who named it called it “Rosie O’Donnell.”

I had to smile, I was asking myself “What is that?” when I was scrolling down on the purple flower.
The rose is lovely, but I have the same reservation about it. As I recall it has a lovely scent too.
