Six exposures combined. I didn’t notice that a couple had wandered into the pictures until afterwards, which is where the ghosts came from.
Three exposures. I probably could have used at least one more exposure in each direction to get more detail in the highlights and darkest shadows, but there’s still more definition throughout than in any of the unmanipulated pictures. The downside to HDR photography is apparent here: the picture looks flat, even after tweaking the curves in GimpShop.

These are ten megapixel images I’m working with. If you were to print one uncropped at 200 dpi, it would be about thirteen by nineteen inches.
