Is there anyone who thinks that daylight “savings” time is a good idea?

The IRS , which taxes any interest accrued on the savings at 100%.
I’m guessing people who don’t work long hours, who get off work early enough to get in a round of golf might like it. Apparently merchants like it because more people allegedly shop (I don’t know. I HATE going shopping after work so I never do). Apparently “recreation” businesses like it – in other words, the people who depend on people working short enough hours/not being totally DONE at the end of the day.
I don’t. I don’t like driving to work again in what feels like the middle of the night, after a couple weeks of it getting light for the drive to work. And I still haven’t got back that hour of sleep I lost.
