Yes I do. One question – Why do that? I would find it more distracting during Mass.
Yes, whoever did the lettering goofed. It will be corrected before the cathedral reopens.
Was the title a reference to this?
The tune did come to mind when I was choosing the title, yes.
My guess: someone made a stencil and had it flipped with the wrong side up.
