I vaguely remember that one of the things the Doctor did was to get the Daleks and the Cybermen into a war with each other, which was stalemated thereafter pretty much forever, and fully occupied both.
I didn’t know that Cybermen were cyborgs; I thought they were robots. Or is that something this animator invented?
There were a variety of Cybermen, many of which often attempted to “upgrade” humans.
