Does the RCBfA have any interest in ballet?

I’ve got eight gigabytes of Nutcracker pictures to survey and edit. That’s roughly equivalent to 48 rolls of film. I might post about classical music for beginners later today or tomorrow, but otherwise don’t expect much activity here for a while.
Some more pictures from the May dance concert. These are of an interpretation of a rather funky arrangement of “Amazing Grace.”
It looks like I need to find some different software for my photo gallery. The package I’m using now, “Gallery,” is insisting that I upgrade, but the upgrade won’t install and I haven’t figured a way around it. In the meantime, here are some photos that I would have uploaded there. These are from the dress rehearsal for Rogers Ballet spring concert last May at Friends University in Wichita.
The other ballet company in Wichita performed their version of “Peter Pan” yesterday outdoors as the temperature approached 90°F. More pictures here.

Not everyone was fascinated by the dancers posing for their group portraits this afternoon.
It’s probably going to be close to two months before I can photograph ballet again. (The doctor says the bones are healing “perfectly,” but bones and ligaments take time, lots of time.) If you miss the pictures of dancers, visit Bill Luse’s page.
