I’d define it as two seasons: Too hot vs. comfortable.
Up here, that would be “too hot” and “too cold.” (Spring occurs in mid-April for about 20 minutes, fall in October for perhaps 45 minutes. The rest of the year I run either the heater or the air conditioner.)
Eh, I tolerate the cold really well (Northerner by breeding and upbringing) so many people’s “too cold” is “comfortable” to me.
We also have a “flood season” and a ” high fire danger’ season, it seems.
My California co-workers say the seasons there are Earthquake, Wildfire, Mudslide, and Riot.
I live in Minnesota, where we have two: Winter and Road Construction.
